Cancellation Policy
Reschedule
All clients are allotted “1” reschedule per deposit. The 2nd reschedule requires a new deposit.
Cancellation
You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 before the appointment is set to begin. The cancellation fee 20% of the service amount. After 2 cancellations you may no longer book an appointment.
